Accommodation & Deck Areas
Offering her guests 6 luxurious cabins with capacity for 12 guests, VELA is perfectly suited for families and groups of friends. She is one of the very few phinisis with two master cabins above deck, including a very spacious Owner’s Suite on the Bridge Deck, with a private terrace, and a large Master Cabin on the Main Deck. Each other suite is tastefully appointed with European fabrics by Hermès and Dedar and furnished with locally produced custom teak furniture sourced from sustainable forestry. En-suite bathrooms are cladded with handmade terracotta produced in Ubud, meticulously selected marble, and equipped with Philippe Starck-designed fittings. VELA ‘s guests may sip a cocktail in the spacious lounge complete with a bar and wine cellar, surrounded by unobstructed views, meditate on the serene yoga deck, enjoy a massage in the comfort of their own room, and dine in one of our dedicated indoor and outdoor dining areas. In addition, guests will also enjoy a fully equipped outdoor gym located on the main deck.
Performance
VELA delivers impressive performance with a fuel consumption range of 65 to 80 liters per hour. With a cruising range of 4,500 nautical miles at 10 knots, she is perfect for extended voyages. Her maximum speed of 14 knots allows for swift travel to the next untouched destination. Powered by a 890hp Yanmar 6AYM-WET engine, VELA is equipped with 2 Yanmar 66kVA generators and 1 x 33kVA generator, ensuring a reliable power supply for all onboard needs.
