Meet the Winning Chefs of the MYBA Charter Show Chefs’ Competition
Gastronomy took center stage in Sanremo during the 35th edition of the MYBA Charter Show, where the prestigious Superyacht Chefs’ Competition was held. This year’s theme, “Wellness On A Plate”, challenged chefs to prepare a healthy yet indulgent brunch — proving that wellness and culinary pleasure can go hand in hand. The competition was fierce, and the jury’s deliberations were intense. Awards were given to the top chefs in different categories according to yacht size, highlighting creativity and technical skill.
The jury, composed of renowned Michelin-starred chefs, was impressed by the talent on display and by the chefs’ ability to work in compact galleys with far fewer resources than high-end restaurants.
