Understanding the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance)
Charter rates are the base fee for use of the vessel and crew. Running costs, fuel, food and beverages, marina fees, port taxes, and water toy consumables, are covered separately by the APA. The APA is typically budgeted at 25 to 35% of the base weekly rate and is paid in advance. Any unspent balance is refunded at the end of the trip; any overspend is settled from the APA account with full receipts.

Our main activity is full week superyacht charter (typically 3 to 7 days, though longer trips can be arranged). On an occasional basis, and only when there’s a gap in availability between two weekly bookings, we may offer a day trip on selected vessels, always premium boats, starting from €7,000 to 10,000 per day.
The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is a pre paid fund that covers all running costs during the trip, fuel, provisioning, marina fees, port taxes, and gratuity. It is held by the captain and managed transparently with full receipts. Any unspent APA is refunded at the end of the trip; any overspend is settled from the APA account.
