The exterior appearance of this gem is that of a classic Benetti and the interior of a modern luxury superyacht, as during her refit the interior was designed by the prestigious designer Frederic Mechiche, and all the entertainment and communication systems were upgraded. The superyacht SOUNION II is homeported in Athens, and is available for charter in Greece as well as in Turkey. Chartering a yacht around the Greek Islands is a journey through a timeless land of dazzling white sands and crystalline anchorages, rugged limestone cliffs and towering mountains, and tranquil villages where brightly painted fishing boats bob in pretty harbours.
SOUNION II has an unusual layout that provides ample space on all three decks. The main saloon is remarkably large for a yacht of this size, and the large windows ensure ample natural light. Forward of the saloon, the formal dining room is separate, followed by a study with library and media room, equipped with a 42-inch LCD television screen. The yacht’s outdoor spaces extend over 3 decks. On the main deck, guests can lounge in the shade in a luxurious and comfortable seating area while enjoying a delicious cocktail. On the upper deck there are ample areas for sunbathing and relaxing as the yacht cruises along the beautiful coastline of Greece.
SOUNION II is powered by twin VOLVO TAMD engines and cruises comfortably at 11.5 knots, with stabilisers to smooth her motion. Its low fuel consumption makes it much more economical than other yachts of its age and style.
