MASTEKA 2 is a 37-meter-long megayacht custom built in 2009 by Kha Shing shipyard and last refitted in 2017. Sheis an elegant yacht with expedition capabilities, perfectly suited to the South Pacific environment. Nominated forsuperyacht of the year in the 30-40m category 2009, her Dubois styling shines in every aspect of her design.
MASTEKA 2 bases in Sydney for Christmas and New Years and will be available for charter in New Caledonia and Fiji from March through September. MASTEKA 2 is available for charter within Australia and the Pacific Islands. Her itinerary will see the vessel operating in some of the Pacific’s most stunning locations including Fiji, Vanuatu,Sydney Harbour, The Whitsundays and The Great Barrier Reef.
ACCOMMODATION & DECK AREAS
MASTEKA 2 can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests overnight in 5 ample and exquisitely designed staterooms, including a Master Suite, two Double staterooms and two Twin with Pullman beds. The large master stateroom is located on the main deck forward and boasts a huge bathroom with spa to port and large walk-in robe to starboard. There is also a large pop-up TV opposite the foot of the bed, and a small study area for the owner with all the IT connections to the outside world you could wish for. The lower accommodation deck is accessed via a gorgeous reverse S-shaped spiral stairway that curls down to a central marble-floored lobby. This deck features four large guest staterooms, all with marble-trimmed ensuites. The two identical aft cabins feature double beds, and two twin cabins located forward with additional Pullman bunks in each are also identical. All staterooms have oversized rectangular portholes, flat-screen TV’s hidden in the ceiling that drop down at the touch of a button, and heated towel rails in the ensuites.
MASTEKA 2 also boasts some great outdoor spaces for relaxing, entertaining and dining. There is a massive Spa Pool tub located forward, directly ahead of the bridge, surrounded by plenty of comfortable seats and cushions. The spacious aft deck features a large covered alfresco dining table and stairs leading down to the swim platform. The upper deck, aft of the sky lounge, features a large teak-laid area for sun lounges when the yacht is at anchor and when underway is used for storage of one of the two Castoldi turbo-diesel jet tenders aboard (the other identical tender is launched by a horizontal crane from the aft garage). There is yet a further deck up a short flight of stairs on the port side, leading up to magnificent elevated views from sunbeds and seating beneath the impressive custom-designed radar mast, packed full of navigation and communications antennae. MASTEKA 2's expansive deck space, sleek lines and a great layout make her an elegant and functional choice when chartering theSouth Pacific. She is seaworthy enough to comfortably cruise long passages, compact enough to take guests right up close to all the hidden wonders of the pacific and spacious enough to give each guest their own slice of paradise.
Built with GRP hull and superstructure, MASTEKA 2 features an ultra-modern stabilization system to reduce roll motion effect and ensure the ultimate comfort throughout your charter vacation. With a cruising speed of 10 knots, a maximum speed of 12 knots and a range of 3,000nm from her 23,000-litre fuel tanks, she is the perfect combination of performance and luxury.
